This work was a part of a contract completed this year (2012) where is was responsible for the strategic management and strategy of the Customer Services and Billing website content, staff intranet and Digital Promotional Screens.

I was asked to develop the Dwr Cymru Customer Services (DCCS) digital engagement strategy. Develop a reporting/Analytics suite that supports business understanding of the effectiveness of the DCCS digital engagement strategy.

Using Creative Suite and CMS SiteCore™ to improve the delivery and appearance of content to customers. This contract was originally for 18 months but due to a change in business for sub-contractor Veolia Water Outsourcing Ltd. my contract was shortened following significant negotiations.
